GWA works in various countries with Heineken. For example in the Netherlands but now also in Spain. Tecnocom recently became the ICT preferred partner of Heineken. The new contract makes Tecnocom the exclusive IT service provider on financial, operation control, purchases, sales, production and distribution functional areas departments. It also covers integrated systems and reporting. This collaborative model allows Tecnocom to take the whole responsibility over Service Desk, Help Desk, purchase orders, and business application management services.

The total contract amount rises to 3 million € and it will last for 3 years. Both companies have set a collaborative environment that, on one side should give Heineken resource management flexibilities and decrease OPEX through outsourcing, on the other side should give Tecnocom a management integrated system process standardisation skills and a way to show the know how , methodology and technology knowledge the company has over this sort of projects. Tecnocom and Heineken have been collaborating since 2000 year on core projects like Digital sign project, that reduced the huge amount of paper used in the company'.
