Getronics International and the GWA extend relationships with global leader in engineering and construction services

Getronics International has further strengthened its relationship with global leader in engineering and construction services, through a new contract that extends the service scope and term for an additional 3 years (plus 4 months for transition and a further 2 x 1 year extended option). The contract is initially signed for €19,5M, last year November. This contract is expected to have a total contract value of €30.3 million over 5 years, excluding additional project work.

The Deal
The GWA will provide the client with an end to end IT infrastructure support service for approximately 7,500 users. This will include global support of land based office locations in UK, Brazil, Norway, Singapore, United States, Canada, Australia and Middle East. In addition, Getronics will extend offshore support for the customer’s worldwide fleet of vessels. Services include, Service Desk, Onsite Desktop Support, Server/LAN management, Project Management and Service Management (Major Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management). GWA partners CompuCom and Getronics Middle East are involved.
