Getronics Workspace Alliance wins EUR 42 M Contract with Global Manufacturer

Getronics and CompuCom (GWA) signed a 7 year Global Workspace Services contract to support more than 30.000 users in more than 70 countries across the globe. The client was seeking for a flexible and sustainable solution, against market competitive pricing with global delivery capabilities. The Getronics Workspace Alliance solution was able to fulfill those expectations.
Services to be provided are Managed Operations (On Site), Deskside Support and PC Refresh support based on a baseline ticket consumption. We will provide Campus and Dispatch services in 10 countries (Opco's & GWA members-22,000 seats) and Dispatch-only services in the other 60 countries (10,000 seats).
