The new contract makes Tecnocom the exclusive IT service provider on financial, operation control, purchases, sales, production and distribution functional areas departments. It also covers integrated systems and reporting. This collaborative model allows Tecnocom to take the whole responsibility over Service Desk, Help Desk, purchase orders, and business application management services. The total contract amount rises to 3 million € and it will last for 3 years. Both companies have set a collaborative environment that, on one side should give Heineken resource management flexibilities and decrease OPEX through outsourcing, on the other side should give Tecnocom a management integrated system process standardisation skills and a way to show the know how , methodology and technology knowledge the company has over this sort of projects. International energy services provider Production Services Network (PSN) has awarded Getronics a five-year multi-million pound contract for IT services. PSN, which serves the oil and gas industries and is one of the 10 biggest private companies in Scotland, was created from a management buyout in late 2006 that left PSN to rebuild its IT infrastructure. The new contract will provide 3,000 users with end to end managed infrastructure service across PSN's international operations. Getronics will migrate PSN to a commoditised service that will be supported globally, improving availability and capacity while being flexible to handle business change. Turespaña’s central services are based in Madrid where 350 colleagues work connecting to a network of 29 offices based in 20 countries, where 250 colleagues work in customer service offices dealing directly with the public.
