Heineken

GWA works in various countries with Heineken. For example in the Netherlands but now also in Spain. Tecnocom recently became the ICT preferred partner of Heineken. The new contract makes Tecnocom the exclusive IT service provider on financial, operation control, purchases, sales, production and distribution functional areas departments. It also covers integrated systems and reporting. This collaborative model allows Tecnocom to take the whole responsibility over  Service Desk, Help Desk, purchase orders, and  business application management services. The total contract amount  rises to 3 million € and it will last for 3 years. Both companies have set a collaborative environment that, on one side should give Heineken  resource management  flexibilities and decrease OPEX through outsourcing, on the other side should give Tecnocom a management integrated system process standardisation  skills and a way to show the know how , methodology and technology knowledge the company has over this sort of projects. Tecnocom and Heineken have been collaborating since 2000 year on core projects like  Digital sign project, that reduced the huge amount of paper used in the company'

Mubasher Dubai

Mubasher is a multinational Online Stock Brokerage financial company, with their headquarters in Dubai U.A.E. and operations spread over 12 counties. Their business relies heavily on IT. The company has redundant datacenters in these countries collecting financial data from stock exchanges. Their customers connect to these datacenters to view this data, providing them with all kinds of information and statistics to help their financial decision making. Getronics setup Network Operations Center (NOC) for Mubasher and took complete responsibility to Monitor, Report, and Manage WAN Links, Network Devices, and Datacenter Servers. Having back-to-back support/replacement contracts with different vendors enabled Getronics to meet tight SLAs and helped Mubasher to concentrate on their business activities.

Malaysian Airlines

Malaysian Airlines is the national carrier of Malaysia and recognized as one of Asia’s largest airlines. The company operates flights from its home base, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and its secondary hub in Kota Kinabalu, flying more than 14 million passengers in the past year to over 100 destinations across 6 continents. With over 10,000 employees located both in Malaysia and various International Stations. Current geographic spread of Malaysian Airlines offices covers over 56 countries and 160 locations worldwide. Getronics to power IT for PSN

International energy services provider Production Services Network (PSN) has awarded Getronics a five-year multi-million pound contract for IT services. PSN, which serves the oil and gas industries and is one of the 10 biggest private companies in Scotland, was created from a management buyout in late 2006 that left PSN to rebuild its IT infrastructure.

The new contract will provide 3,000 users with end to end managed infrastructure service across PSN's international operations. Getronics will migrate PSN to a commoditised service that will be supported globally, improving availability and capacity while being flexible to handle business change. Spanish Tourist Offices

Turespaña’s central services are based in Madrid where 350 colleagues work connecting to a network of 29 offices based in 20 countries, where 250 colleagues work in customer service offices dealing directly with the public. Turespaña had a complicated legacy network, covering 600 users and 50 servers. They were struggling with many different low-level contracts, which were not able to guarantee the operative needs of the Spanish Tourist Offices or give users consistent and reliable access to services located on a distributed network of servers.
